A well-functioning team needs strong management. Get to know our leaders better here.

Our management is supervised and advised by a Board of Directors. It is involved in all important decisions and supports our Managing Director Klaus Deleroi with advice and assistance.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors at REINTJES is Dr.-Ing. Alexander Nürnberg. The other members of the board are Victoria Behrmann, Claudio Griese, Horst Mantay, and Jens Werner Falkenstein.

Klaus Deleroi

Klaus Deleroi studied marine engineering at the Technical University of Delft (Netherlands) and has been the managing director of REINTJES since 2015. He previously held various positions at MTU Friedrichshafen (from 1996; including in the development and sales departments) and MAN Diesel (from mid-2008; including as head of the Marine Medium Speed Engines division). Klaus Deleroi is married with two children. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing golf and jogging.

Dr. Rainer Golloch

Dr. Rainer Golloch has been working for REINTJES GmbH since 2018. He has been working in the field of drive technology since the late 1990s, with a focus on engine and transmission development. The Senior Vice President Engineering was previously employed at MAN in Augsburg and MTU in Friedrichshafen. He studied mechanical engineering in Hannover and earned his doctorate in the same field. Rainer Golloch enjoys spending his free time with his family, in nature or doing manual work.

Andreas Mühle

Andreas Mühle has been working for REINTJES since April 2019 and, as CFO, is responsible for finance, controlling, purchasing and IT. He has been an authorized signatory since October 2020. After graduating in business administration, he always worked in the international mechanical engineering industry. His hobbies are football, tennis and hiking. He also enjoys spending time with his family and his dog and reading.

Alex Choe

Alex Choe is Vice President of REINTJES‘ global network and business development. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Sales and Service. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in marine engineering. He is an active member of the Association of Singapore Marine Industries and has decades of experience in the shipping industry. In his free time, he is an enthusiastic jogger and likes to keep up to date with current affairs.

Nadine Weber

Nadine Weber has been with REINTJES since January 2012 and is head of the Quality and Quality Management & Acceptance departments. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean trainer. In her free time, Nadine Weber plays golf, handball and football and has been a fan of Borussia Dortmund for many years.

Jörg Zahmel

Jörg Zahmel is married and has one son. He successfully completed his mechanical engineering studies at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hannover in 1993. His professional career took him from industrial milling and BMA AG in Braunschweig to Mahr GmbH in Göttingen from 2011 to 2021. After five years in the electronics industry at GPV GmbH, he found his way back into mechanical engineering and took over the management of materials management at REINTJES on December 1, 2024. To balance out his job, he enjoys hiking in South Tyrol and is an avowed fan of Land Rovers, having his own expedition license.

Dirk Heusing

Dirk Heusing has been responsible for production at REINTJES since January 2025. Mr. Heusing is married and has a daughter. After studying mechanical engineering, specializing in production technology, Mr. Heusing worked in various areas of production, logistics and materials management in the construction machinery industry. Most recently, he was General Manager Operations at Volvo Construction Equipment’s site for road pavers in Hameln, a position he has held since 2013 . In his free time, Mr. Heusing enjoys spending time with his family and cycling.

Vanessa Martens

Vanessa Martens has been contributing her more than ten years of REINTJES experience to the management team since January 2025 and heads the human resources department, which also includes our external REINTJES Academy.In addition to further training in the areas of leadership and personal development, she has completed an extra-occupational MBA (Master of Business Administration) in General Management in her previous professional career, as well as an additional Master of Laws in Labor Law and Human Resources Management.In her private life, she enjoys spending time with her family or friends, or participating in sports.
