Industrial Gearboxes for Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines and Compressors
Power meets precision: there is no better way to describe our RTG turbo gearbox series.
At our REINTJES site in Hameln, we manufacture these gearboxes for a power range from 500 to 70,000 kW.
They are used in a stationary manner – i.e. permanently installed – in industry.
The industrial gear units from REINTJES receive the finishing touches in our internal, air-conditioned grinding center.After that, the turbo gear units are sent to our own test stand for final acceptance.
This is how we guarantee not only consistently high quality, but also an optimal product for industrial use.Our industrial gear units are suitable for use in turbine drives (for example in power plants).
The following items are included in the scope of delivery:
- Drive and output couplings
- Add-on pumps for oil supply
- Rotor turning gear for start-up and cool-down procedure
