What are your responsibilities as a Human Resources Administrator at REINTJES?

I have been working for REINTJES since June 2011 – and have always been employed in the Human Resources department during this time. However, I have had different responsibilities. For about a year now, I have been responsible for payroll accounting and administrative matters. I am also responsible for occupational health management within the company, which is very close to my heart.

What challenges does the job involve and what is special about it?

There are a number of challenges and payroll accounting is complex. I have to keep up to date with labour and social security law, as there are very different legal requirements. A careful and reliable approach to work is essential for this job.

What sets REINTJES apart?

Teamwork is very important to me – and at REINTJES, that’s just the way it is. Many employees have been with the company for a long time and there is a strong sense of cohesion both at work and outside of it. The extensive health services and the company’s own daycare centre are also special features.
