What are your responsibilities as a CNC programmer at REINTJES?

After completing my training as a cutting machine operator at REINTJES, I worked in this profession for three years before completing further training to become a technician. Now I use a computer to create CNC programmes for milling and turning machines. I then pass these programmes on to the machine operators in production.

What challenges does the job involve and what is special about it?

There are various challenges. I have to immerse myself in the drawing, consider many interfaces and communicate in very different directions.

What sets REINTJES apart?

There is a very good working relationship between all departments and a friendly atmosphere. The events outside of work and the competitions with the dragon boat team are also enjoyable.
