What are your responsibilities as a Technical Trainer at REINTJES?

On the one hand, I plan the individual training programs and the workflow within the company. On the other hand, I teach our trainees both theoretical and practical knowledge.

What challenges does the job involve and what is special about it?

The job is anything but monotonous, and I learn something new every day. That’s what makes it special. The biggest challenge is definitely conveying knowledge in a way that everyone can understand in their own way. So I have to tailor my approach to each trainee and stay young at heart.

What sets REINTJES apart?

REINTJES is a very close-knit company, and many people have been working here for many years. This has a positive effect, and there’s a strong sense of camaraderie – even outside the workplace.
