3 questions – 3 answers with: Nina Tegtmeier

What are your responsibilities as personal assistant to the managing director at REINTJES?

As personal assistant to our managing director Klaus Deleroi, I am responsible for two major areas: content and organisation. This means that I plan all his appointments and business trips, but also provide him with content.

In addition to my assistant duties, I am responsible for digital marketing, including social media and the website.

What challenges does the job involve and what is special about it?

The biggest challenge is the sheer volume of tasks. As I said, these range from content to organising appointments to complete travel planning. I have to prioritise regularly and see what needs to be done and when.

Our managing director is often traveling around the world, visiting our subsidiaries, meeting customers, and service partners. We are still in regular contact, and I organise things from Hamelin. That is also challenging. I always have to keep track of everything, and good time management is essential. At the same time, I enjoy the variety.

What sets REINTJES apart?

REINTJES has an extremely good reputation in the Weserbergland region and is known for its family-like atmosphere. Since my uncle has been working here for many years, I was already familiar with the company before I even started here. I also love the combination of tradition and modernity, the team spirit in the dragon boat team, and the company daycare centre.
