What are your responsibilities as an trainee industrial clerk at REINTJES?

As a trainee, I change departments every few months. From service and sales to purchasing and human resources to marketing, I get to experience everything. I am then assigned tasks in the departments. I also attend vocational school in Hameln. Now in my third year of training, I go there once a week.

What challenges does the job involve and what is special about it?

The training is very varied and I constantly have to adapt to new departments, processes and tasks. And I have to do so in a very short space of time.

What sets REINTJES apart?

The working atmosphere is very pleasant, my colleagues are helpful and support me with any questions I have. The application process was also great and I felt at home here from the very first interview.
