Even higher quality training at REINTJES

Excellent training. That is what REINTJES has traditionally focused on. Two signs of this: the company has been delighted to receive the Best Place to Learn seal of approval for many years and usually takes on its own trainees.

Training officers play an important role in all aspects of training. They are found in various departments at REINTJES.

In addition to the trainers, the officers are responsible for the trainees in their respective areas.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly and that everyone knows what is important, a training course was recently held. This was at the express request of the training officers.

The topic was: How training officers can professionally organise their time in the department.

Dr Friederike Gerlach (managing director and consultant at d4people consulting GmbH in Hanover) conveyed a variety of content in a mix of theory and practice.

In addition to the actual role of training officers, this also included the design and structure of feedback meetings and useful information on constructive feedback.

Afterwards, everyone agreed: such an event should definitely take place again.
