New staff: REINTJES appoints two division managers for finance and service

New additions to the REINTJES GmbH team: The Hameln-based company filled two key positions at the beginning of September.

André Powilleit takes over as Head of Sales and Service. Christian König will now be responsible for Finance and Controlling, also as a division manager. While Powilleit’s position was previously vacant, König succeeds Andreas Mühle. Mühle has been commercial director of the gearbox manufacturer for six years and will be retiring at the end of September. Before then, he will be training his successor.

Experts from Hanover and Kiel

André Powilleit, the new head of sales and service, is 40 years old. He comes from Kiel, where he most recently worked for Anschütz. Prior to that, he worked for Plath and Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft, among others.

‘He knows the industry and is extremely knowledgeable about sales and distribution for shipbuilding suppliers,’ reports Klaus Deleroi, adding: ‘André Powilleit’s application, given the distance between Hameln and his place of residence, shows once again that we now enjoy an excellent reputation far beyond our region.’

Christian König is now head of finance and controlling. He is 49 years old and lives in Hanover. His most recent professional positions were with the mechanical engineering companies Pfaff Industriesysteme and Sonotronic. Prior to that, he spent several years in various roles and divisions within the Continental AG group of companies.

‘Christian König is a finance and controlling professional with a wealth of experience, including in ICS and process consulting. What’s more, he is not only fluent in German and English, but also in Italian. That helps us a lot,’ says Klaus Deleroi.

Division management team complete

With König (Finance and Controlling) and Powilleit (Sales and Service), gear manufacturer REINTJES now has a complete division management team once again.

In addition to the two new members, Dr. Rainer Golloch (Development and Design), Vanessa Martens (Human Resources), Jörg Zahmel (Materials Management), Nadine Weber (Quality), Dirk Heusing (Production) and Alex Choe (Global Network) are also part of the management team.

All division managers report directly to Managing Director Klaus Deleroi, who is confident that ‘with this management team, we are excellently equipped for the future.’
