Record year for REINTJES: Hameln-based company continues to grow

Strong figures: At REINTJES, one good year is currently following another. Having already achieved record turnover in 2024, the long-established Hameln-based company saw a further increase in 2025.

“I’m always cautious about using the word ‘record’. But yes: in terms of turnover, the past year was truly outstanding for our group,” emphasises a thoroughly satisfied REINTJES Managing Director Klaus Deleroi.

Group turnover: Just under 138 million euros

The figures are certainly impressive: the group generated a turnover of around 138 million euros. The parent company is Hameln-based REINTJES GmbH. Added to this are the various subsidiaries located across the globe in all relevant markets.

“I am a positive thinker and doer. But if someone had told me a year ago that we would top our strong 2024 performance again, I might not have believed it given the global political and economic situation,” says Deleroi.

The increase of approximately 2.2 per cent compared to the previous year (2024 turnover: around 135 million euros) is therefore highly significant. The increases are even more pronounced when compared over several years. Since 2021 (turnover: around 74 million euros), the REINTJES Group has achieved turnover growth of more than 86 per cent. The increase in profit when comparing 2021 (profit: around 1.6 million) and 2025 (11.6 million) amounts to 625 per cent.

“The figures show that we are on the right track. Incidentally, this applies not only to the Group, but also to REINTJES GmbH as part of it. With the GmbH, we achieved a turnover of around 110 million euros in 2025. Compared to 2021, this represents an increase of approximately 90 per cent,” concludes Klaus Deleroi.

Around 1,000 gearboxes sold

For the REINTJES boss, the record figures are closely linked to the workforce: “It always sounds so clichéd, but that’s how it is with us: turnover, profit and growth within the team go hand in hand.” A lot has happened here too in the recent past.

“Since 2021, we have grown equally within the limited company and the group, and now employ around 500 and 600 people respectively – if we include all subsidiaries. It is therefore almost logical that the number of gearboxes sold has also stabilised at a high level, standing at around 1,000 units in both 2024 and 2025,” says Deleroi.

Cautious forecast

And what is the forecast for the current financial year? “As always, I am cautiously optimistic and expect 2026 to be a good year,” explains Deleroi. Reasons for this include the increasing expansion of the product range to include hybrid and electric solutions and the accelerated restructuring of the service department away from traditional servicing and towards after-sales.
