REINTJES fills key positions in the company

REINTJES GmbH can look back on a successful 2024. And to get 2025 off to a flying start, the long-established Hameln-based company has made a few personnel changes.

Vanessa Martens has been the new Head of Human Resources for a few weeks now. Dr. Andrea Beddies previously held the position on an interim basis.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank Andrea Beddies for her dedication and commitment. She helped us during a difficult time when the position was vacant and got a number of things off the ground in a very short space of time,” said REINTJES CEO Klaus Deleroi.

Master's degree in Human Resource Management

Vanessa Martens is well known at REINTJES and has been with the company for several years. Before starting as Head of Human Resources in January 2025, she held various positions within the company.

She holds an MBA in General Management and stepped down from day-to-day operations last year to complete further studies.

“With a Master of Laws in Labor Law and Human Resources Management, Vanessa Martens has been fully dedicated to her new role as Head of Human Resources since January 1. We are delighted to have her on board,” says Klaus Deleroi.

Two additional department managers

Like Vanessa Martens, Dirk Heusing has been responsible for production as division manager since the beginning of January. He previously spent 13 years as managing director of Volvo Construction Equipment’s Hameln site.

Thanks to his many years of experience, Dirk Heusing has excellent knowledge of production, production planning, and logistics, and will now contribute this expertise to REINTJES.

At the beginning of December last year, Jörg Zahmel replaced his predecessor Manfred Becker as Head of Materials Management and received extensive training from him until the end of 2024.

Jörg Zahmel knows exactly how technical purchasing works and is familiar with machine and plant engineering in detail.

He is an absolute expert in supply chain management in international markets and most recently served as Head of Supply Chain at GPV Germany GmbH in Hildesheim. There, he was responsible for reorganizing warehouse logistics.

“It is a strong sign that we have been able to attract Jörg Zahmel and Dirk Heusing, two proven experts in their respective fields, to our company. Both bring a wealth of expertise to the table and will play a very important role in our further development,” Klaus Deleroi is convinced.

REINTJES continues to grow and is looking for new talent in various departments.
