REINTJES hosts technology days

Technical training and professional exchange on all aspects of marine gear technology: that was the focus of REINTJES‘ first Technology Days. Numerous participants from government agencies, design offices and shipyards attended the event. And they were treated to a wide range of topics.

The topics ranged from basic technology and acoustics to maintenance. The practical part of the event included insights into gearbox production at three stations – the development test bench, the hardening shop and the acceptance test bench – as well as in-depth theoretical knowledge during a panel discussion.

Because the kick-off event was so successful, REINTJES will establish the Technology Days as a recurring event with a changing focus.
