REINTJES is future-proof on many levels

Future-proof: This applies to REINTJES GmbH in the truest sense of the word. The Hameln-based company is delighted to receive the certificate of the same name from the state of Lower Saxony for the third time.

“This award makes us proud and shows that we are on the right track and setting the course for the future across departments. And: we are future-proof on many levels,” says REINTJES Managing Director Klaus Deleroi with satisfaction.

The certificate is awarded by the Lower Saxony Ministry for Social Affairs, Labor, Health and Equal Treatment together with the Demografieagentur.

It goes to companies and administrations in Lower Saxony that actively face up to challenges such as digitalization or demographic change and implement successful measures.

Employer branding on a new level

“We set ourselves various goals for 2022 and agreed them with the Demografieagentur. Specifically, these included recruiting skilled workers, strengthening our employer brand, communication and health,” explains Klaus Deleroi.

For example, a job shadowing program, an optimized hiring process and the development of the #REINTYES campaign were implemented.

“We summarize our employer branding under #REINTYES. Further milestones in this area include the development of our career website and our Stepstone profile,” reports REINTJES boss Deleroi.

But that’s not all: sustainable stress prevention, an attractive range of sports and numerous other benefits for employees round off the REINTJES offer. The fact that the measures have been implemented accordingly is underlined by the recertification as a future-proof company.
