REINTJES brings together technical training under one roof at its own academy

Driving the world forward together from Hameln. And across a wide range of professions. That is what REINTJES GmbH stands for. Training its own young talent plays a central role for this internationally active specialist in drive solutions.

To support this development even more effectively in future and make the most of existing opportunities, the company has now integrated its previous training workshop for industrial and technical trades into the REINTJES Academy.

For REINTJES Managing Director Klaus Deleroi, the benefits are clear: “We no longer provide technical training at two different locations on our company premises, but now do so at just one. A team of trainers is based there, and the apprentices learn alongside young people from other companies. This benefits everyone, and we are pooling our expertise under one roof.”

REINTJES Academy: A Training Hub

The REINTJES Academy has been part of the company for several years now, following the takeover in 2023, and has established itself in particular as a training partner for businesses in the Weserbergland region.

In its modern, well-equipped workshops, aspiring specialists from various companies receive practical training and are prepared for the demands of their future careers.

Now comes the next step, which makes perfect sense to Klaus Deleroi: “We have been known in the region for decades as an outstanding training organisation, and we provide such high-quality training with complete conviction and deliberation because the subject is an integral part of our corporate DNA. At the Academy, we have even better conditions for this.”

Apprenticeships as an investment in the future

There are good reasons why REINTJES consistently focuses on training its own young talent. Competition for skilled workers is particularly fierce in the mechanical engineering sector. This makes it all the more important for the company to inspire young people to take up technical careers at an early stage and to open up attractive career prospects for them.

The approach behind this is to recruit school leavers for an apprenticeship immediately after they finish school, then provide them with targeted support and fully integrate them into the company’s operations right from the start. Integrating the training workshop into the Academy creates the ideal framework for this.

“It is very important to us that we have transferred our own training workshop into the Academy. However, this does not alter its role as a partner for companies in the region,” says Cornelius Schorlemmer, Director REINTJES Academy.

Supporting the next generation with tradition and quality

Apprenticeships have a long tradition at REINTJES. The company offers young people a range of opportunities to start their careers. These range from commercial and industrial-technical apprenticeships to dual study programmes.

This is based on the conviction that today’s apprentices are tomorrow’s skilled workers. The ‘Best Place to Learn’ seal of approval also demonstrates just how seriously REINTJES takes this commitment. The award confirms the high quality of the company’s in-house training and serves as an incentive for the company to continuously develop its programmes. By centralising technical training at the REINTJES Academy, the company is consistently pursuing this path.
