New staff: REINTJES appoints two division managers for finance and service

New additions to the REINTJES GmbH team: The Hameln-based company filled two key positions at the beginning of September.

André Powilleit takes over as Head of Sales and Service. Christian König will now be responsible for Finance and Controlling, also as a division manager.

While Powilleit’s position was previously vacant, König succeeds Andreas Mühle. Mühle has been commercial director of the gearbox manufacturer for six years and will be retiring at the end of September. Before then, he will be training his successor.

Focus on the future: REINTJES publishes its first sustainability report

Sustainability is an important issue for the future of industry, not only because of legal obligations, but also for economic and social reasons.

Social issues are deeply rooted in REINTJES‘ DNA. There is a reason for this: the Hameln-based company belongs to the non-profit Eugen Reintjes Foundation, which is dedicated to health and social services in Hameln.

New REINTJES website: fresh layout, more functions and great user-friendliness

For months, texts were written, photos taken, the layout refined and technical details worked out. Now the new REINTJES website is ready to go.

It was a big challenge, as the aim was to convey important content both visually and substantively. At the same time, the focus was on user-friendliness.

‘As an important component of our digital image, the site is fully optimised for mobile use and can be easily accessed with any technical device,’ explains REINTJES Managing Director Klaus Deleroi.

Full speed ahead: REINTJES scores twice in dragon boat racing

Bright sunshine, plenty of water and a great atmosphere: the Hameln Canoe Club’s Dragon Boat Fun Regatta was a resounding success in its 21st year. REINTJES was right in the thick of things, fielding two teams for the first time, which shows that the ship gear specialist’s enthusiasm for dragon boat racing knows no bounds.

‘More and more employees wanted to be part of our dragon boat team. To ensure that everyone could get involved, we decided to enter a second boat into the race,’ explains REINTJES Managing Director Klaus Deleroi.

New Head of Service Department at REINTJES: Thomas Haferkorn takes over vacant position

REINTJES GmbH continues to work on its own future personnel strategy. An important step: Thomas Haferkorn has been the new Head of Service since 1 June 2025.

The 39-year-old has been responsible for service sales as team leader for the past two and a half years and has also held various positions at the Hameln-based company for many years.

Record year for REINTJES: Hameln-based company expands team and increases turnover

This is unprecedented in the more than 140-year history of REINTJES: the Hameln-based company has increased its turnover by more than 13 per cent compared to the previous year.

‘We have had a truly record-breaking year in 2024 – at all levels,’ says REINTJES Managing Director Klaus Deleroi, his delight clearly evident.

REINTJES develops 3D printers in XXL format with partners

The German economy is facing major challenges. There is an urgent need for skilled labour and prices for energy and materials are rising. Creative solutions are needed to meet these difficulties head on.

The Hameln-based company REINTJES has been researching such a solution together with four partners over the past few years. The result is a 3D printer in XXL format as part of a project funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection.
